CJEI serves this population who suffered the most harm due to anti-cannabis enforcement, and are not prepared to access job opportunities in the newly regulated industry.
OUR APPROACH & MISSION
CJEI is dedicated to advocating for and providing resources to individuals who have been disproportionately impacted by the war on drugs and the criminalization of cannabis. We strive to create a more equitable and just industry by empowering these individuals to access job opportunities and build successful careers in the cannabis space. Through education, outreach, and community building, we aim to create a more inclusive and diverse industry that benefits all.

Together, we work to break down systemic barriers and create pathways for individuals who have been historically excluded from the industry.
